No fix, No fee policy

If we are unable to fix your problem, you don't pay a penny!  However, if we diagnose your problem and are unable to complete the fix due to you not having the appropriate software or hardware, or due to a reason beyond our control, the fee is still payable.  If you are unclear about how this policy may affect you, please contact us and we will give you a straight answer.
